Title: The relation of organizational climate and job motivation with organizational commitment of new employed teachers of physical education of educations and training administration in Kermanshah province
Abstract :

Background : In today's competitive world, the unique stable competitive advantage of each organization, is its people and their roles in organization's success. In organization, each person has a unique character, and attention to the dimensions of characters of all of the employees, in order to creating a positive climate in organization, is important. Objective: There fore, in order to research on the relation between organizational climate and job motivation with organizational commitment of new employed physical training teachers in education and training administration of Kermanshah province, a descriptive-correlation study, conducted that 196 persons selected as samples by using simple random sampling method and by referring to the Kerjsi and Morgan table. The measurement to tools included: a] organizational climate Questionnaire [OCQ], Sussman and Deep (1989); b] Robinson's Job motivation Questionnaire, [JMQ], 2004, and c] Lina and et al. job commitment questionnaire, 2007. In order to determining of formal and contextual validity, the ideas of specialists and for reliability of questionnaires, Cronbach's Alpha [respectively, 0.91, 0.90, 0.90], has applied. In order to data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics [Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis] has used. Results: Findings showed that there is a significant and positive relation, between organizational climate and job motivation with organizational commitment of new employed physical training teachers in education and training administration of Kermanshah province. Findings of regression analysis showed that organizational climate and job motivation can predict changes of teachers organizational commitment with 40 percent and 30 percent rate, respectively. Conclusion: It can concluded from this research that by providing an appropriate climate in environment of school and physical education teachers workplace, and also by increasing their motivation, the trend to staying in organization and organizational commitment can increase.
