The Tools Box

When viewing a document, the tools box gives you the tools you need to view a PDF version of the document and to print, save, and send the document. And depending on the collection you are currently using, the tools box may contain other functions specific to the type of content found in that database. The tools box will take one of the following forms, depending on the collection you are currently using:

Floating Box Style:

The floating box style appears within the header information of a document, close to the contents of the page.

Sidebar Style:

The sidebar style can be found as part of the sidebar in the left-hand margin.

The Tools box may also be available on the About this Publication page and the Marked Items list page.
