ZAGREB, May 30 (Hina) - President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic opened a panel debate on anti-terrorist activities of the NATO Civilian Intelligence Committee (CIC) in the northern Adriatic resort of Opatija on Tuesday.
The panel debate, which is expected to focus on the fight against terrorism, is hosted by Security and Intelligence Agency (SOA) and the Military Security and Intelligence Agency (VOA).
The two-day event that has brought together numerous experts will include talks about anti-terrorist measures and activities carried out by NATO.
After opening the debate, President Graba-Kitarovic met with Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven, NATO's first Assistant Secretary General for Intelligence and Security.
The meeting focused on security threats in Southeast Europe, with an emphasis on terrorism, all forms of radicalism and threats from Europe's south and east.
