ZILLOW CEO Spencer Rascoff has been named the most powerful person in residential real estate.

Seven years into his tenure as CEO, the 41 -year-old has been credited with leading the climb to a $6.5 billion market cap and building a comprehensive data management platform epitomized by the acquisition of Bridge Interactive Group.

The 2017 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) is an annual list that ranks the 200 most powerful leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry.

Among New Yorkers, Douglas Elliman CEO Dottie Herman ranked highest, earning her place as the 17th most powerful real estate executive in the nation.

Others who made the list include Jim Wiechert (19th), Pam Liebman (45) Compass founder Robert Refkin (85) Chris Raevis (97) Halstead CEO Diane Ramirez (121) and president Hall Wilkie (132).

Engle and Volkers North America global advisor Nikki Beauchamp was name the No. 1 social influencer after racking up thousands of followers through her social media networking.

Actress and talk show host Rosie O'Donell has dropped the asking price for her mansion in Saddle River, New Jersey by almost $600,000.
