Richard Rawlinson: A Tercentary Memorial.

Of those to whom Richard Rawlinson gave his dour and dutiful support - his unattractive family, the exiled Stuarts, the non-juring clergy and his ultimate legatee, the Bodleian Library - only the last-named has prospered, and after cataloguing delays of even more than usual length, has created from his bequest an unrivalled resource for historians. The tercentenary of Rawlinson's birth in 1990 went almost unremarked, except by Georgian R. Tashjian, David R. Tashjian and the late and much regretted Brian J. Enright, who together are responsible for Richard Rawlinson: A Tercentenary Memorial (Kalamazoo, Mich.: New Issues P./Western Michigan University, 1990; pp. xviii + 221....
