Abstract :
The clinical presentation of Cushing's disease reflects chronic cortisol excess, and in the majority of the patients, it includes a broad spectrum of psychological or psychiatric manifestations. We present a case that reflects the importance of multidisciplinary approach of a patient with an endocrinology problem, as well as the possible correlation between high levels of plasmatic/urinary cortisol and the psychiatric symptoms.
